Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and 48 hours in advance prior to the market date on the pass. If 30 days have passed since purchase and the 48 hour period before our event, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require your order number or account information so we can verify purchase and process your refund.

There are certain situations where a full or only partial refunds are granted which will be decided by Fiesta Street Markets.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
