The Navy Exchange Fiesta Street Markets will be hosted on base for Military Families. Please note that the Navy Exchange requires ALL Vendors, staff and anybody you bring to attend the event to be pre-approved and obtain your DBID (Base Pass) prior to attending the Market. When entering the base you and your guests will need their DBID to get past security. In short No DBID, no entry to the base and market.

We need to express your attention to the Navy Exchange Rules and requirements that are listed in the NDA 2019 form. No video recording is allowed at the event without express written consent from them. Please read and fill out the form.


To obtain your DBID complete and sign 2 forms (SECNAV 5512-1 & NDA 2019), provide a copy of your State/Federal Photo ID and make sure have your Social Security Number on the SECNAV 5512-1 form. Submit the SECNAV 5512-1, NDA 2019 and State/Federal ID as PDF files to us at contactus@fiestastreetmarkets.com.


NOTE:  Both forms and copies of State/Federal Photo ID/SSN need to be completed and submit for every person you bring to the event.


Once you have been approved you will then need to pick up your DBID at the Pass Office which they will require a copy of the signed form you submitted and the original State/Federal Photo ID.  Each person that has submitted the forms will need to be present to get their DBID.
