Vendor Policy & Rules

1.  No Alcohol is permitted.

2. You must bring your own canopy, tables, equipment, generator if electricity is needed.

3.  Your trash will be cleaned up and disposed of offsite and your vendor booth space will be returned the same as it was before arrival. Please keep you area clean at all times. Keep a trash bin near your booth. Sweep up your area before you leave.

4.  You must bring the waiver form signed. After you check in with us we will direct you where your booth will be located.

5. You will be arriving at 1 pm not early, at the time of your arrival you are going to check in at the Fiesta Street Markets marked on the Check-In Map.

6. You must sell only what you’ve described in your application. Any items that violate our policies or regulations will be asked to be removed. You can make a change request by email to

7. We do not provide electricity. The market is outdoor.

8.  We do not guarantee the security of personal property and you and each person using the facilities is required to take precautions against theft and to properly secure all articles of your property.

9. Parking will be available across the street. Please refrain from parking in the same parking lot so we can allow parking for the market’s guests.

10. Be respectful to all other vendors and customers.

11.  You are responsible for the proper conduct and attire of all participants in your booth, use and care of the parking lot, golf course, clubhouse facilities, equipment and golf carts.

12. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for articles damaged, lost or stolen in or about the facilities.

13.  You are also responsible for any injuries to people, or damage to property, equipment and golf carts caused by the participants of your vendor booth.

14.  You agree to promptly pay for all injuries to people and damage to property upon presentation of the charges.

15.  Except as stated in the preceding sentence, neither of us is liable to the other for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages.

16.  We reserve the right to remove anyone from our property who engages in disruptive, violent, profane, intoxicated or abusive behavior.

17.  You agree to acquire your own liability insurance.

18.  You, on behalf of yourself and your guests, grant us the right to take photographs/videos (or to arrange to have photographs/videos taken) of you and your guests during the event and authorize us to use and publish the same in print and/or in electronic format, and you further agree that we may use such photographs/videos of you and/or your guests, including the image(s) and/or likeness of you and/or your guests, with or without identifying the name(s) of the person(s) in the photograph, without compensation, for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising and web content.

19.  Our events will be held regularly as to built shopper trust however if the market is cancelled due to severe weather or other force majeure that is beyond our reasonable control we you will have an option of receiving full refund event pass or using your payment for our next event or what is mutually convenient and acceptable for both parties.  In no event shall we be liable for consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever.

20.  You agree to uphold any federal, state and local agencies requirements to sell at our market.  This includes but not limited to health permits, resale permits, and licenses.

21. Food Vendors must read: *All food/beverage vendors must display your business license and permit. We expect each vendor to follow the requirements for food safety, including the hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils, food storage and janitorial facilities. We have access to the kitchen sink from the Golf Court facility but you must have your area as well. Instructions above apply to you as well. 

22.  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our partners, employees, agents, officers, directors, affiliates and independent contractors from and against any and all damages, losses, claims, costs, actions, liabilities, injuries, suits or allegations (collectively, “claims”), in whole or in part arising directly or indirectly from (i) your actions or the actions of any participant or guest of your event, or any of your employees or agents, or (ii) any breach of this Agreement by you, except to the extent such claims are caused by our sole gross negligence or willful misconduct.

23. After you complete your set up and we are ready to open you will see Team Coordinators walking around for inspections. Please be respectful.

24. All vendors will need to complete the Fiesta Street Markets Waiver and email back to

25. All food vendors will need a Temporary Food Facility Vendor Permit (TFFP) to participate and displayed in their booth. TFFP vendor permits can be obtain from the San Diego County Website.

26. We do not allow the resale of your vendor booth. If you cannot attend a market please notify us within 2 days before the market. We do not do refunds but will reimburse your for a future Fiesta Street Market Event if advance notice is given.
